Considering entering the Detroit market

Posted

Hi everyone,

Canadian here, considering investing in the Detroit Market. I've spoken with a company who specializes in providing turn-key SFH rental properties in Detroit to investors like myself and they invest in certain pockets of the city. Was hoping to get opinions from other investors that have either looked at investing in the Detroit market or are currently invested in the Detroit market.

1. Neighbourhoods to avoid? Neighbourhoods that are growing?
2. Stability of the market / appreciation - do you see it continuing to grow and improve?

Any other information you care to share about the market in general is much appreciated.

Thank you!
