Any thoughts on 48219 around the Community College NW campus?

Is anyone familiar with the area of 48219 around Wayne County Community College NW campus?

We have an opportunity there and would really appreciate any info.

The place is located on Curtis St., so a half mile or so inside of 7th Mile.

We’re OOC investors and are using a trusted team, but the more info the better. The images/ info and street views we can find google and online look better than we might have expected.

Thanks for any help.
