Mortgage Lenders or Mortgage Brokers in Boston

Hi Everyone, I’m looking to speak with a mortgage lender or broker to talk about preparation for a mortgage approval. Do any of you have any suggestions of where/who to go to in Boston/Greater Boston? Specifically those who are good for first time home buyers and give FHA loans. Thanks! Olivia

@Dave Skow @Olivia Umoren  There are non-FHA first time buyer programs through the lender I recommended.

In fact, there is an $11,000 grant program coming on line through Mass Housing, including 100% financing, discounted PMI and job-loss insurance.

Many mortgage brokers don't work with Mass Housing, which is why I recommended this particular lender.
