Aspiring Real Estate Developer Looking for Mentorship
Hi Everyone, I am an 18 year old Boston native attending University in New Hampshire. I'm really interested in breaking into the real estate industry, but I don't know which route I should take. I'm drawn to real estate development/flipping, however I don't know if I'm ready to take such a huge leap. If anyone one has any suggestions or advice, it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
Here are a few factors that may influence my decision:
-Currently a student
- 0 to little capital/savings
- 700+ credit score
- Lack mentorship
- Design oriented
