PM Recommendation for HOA - Cambridge, MA

My condo association is looking into replacing our current PM because they've been giving us terrible service, and our current contract ends this year anyway. Any recommendations?

We have 17 units in Cambridge, MA.

Somewhat related - is there usually an SLA associated with PMs? I asked our current PM that question and they said "I agree, we could do better."
