Hello All,

Looking for rec on RE attorney to help with quit claim process for a free and clear property in Fells Point- Baltimore. I haven't done this before and don't want to mess it up.

Background Story:

My cousin is giving/transferring/gifting me her property in Fells that is paid off. I am new to this but I think Quit Claim is the way to go?

I appreciate any thoughts from the group; is this the way to go? Am I missing something? Etc.

Thank you!

Dawit
