Investment in Baltimore county
Any ideas/recommendations about investing in a rowhouse in the Saint Helena ,Dundalk area for rental purposes?Found a 2 br 2 ba rowhouse needing work for around $45k,thinking spending +/- 25k on renovations and renting it for around +/- $900.Anyone that invested/has property in that area and wants to share experience would be appreciated.Any things to avoid/be aware off?
