Do you charge a pet deposit?

I typically charge the equivalent of one month's rent for security deposit.  For those of you who allow pets in your rentals, do you charge a pet deposit?  If so, how much?

We charge a $400 fee for pets. This pays for cleaning, and AC maintenance of the property. Verify age of the pet to avoid pee accidents, as well as size/breed to be covered by your insurance company. If you have a lawn company, ask them to monitor if the tenant picks up after their dog on your lawn, so you can take the necessary steps to make sure they are picked up after.
