This is going to really speed up the growth in this area. My friends with airbnbs here were already killing it, just wait until this project is completed! It's supposed to bring a neighborhood grocery store, brewery, and coffee shop along with housing. Quite a bit of growth going on in our market.

Not sure why the city didn’t just sell it off and let the free market work. Instead they gave it away and are even giving tax incentives to the developer.
