Hello.   I have a similar problem.   I have water leaching into the basement through the perimeter walls.   I am in the KCMO area; near downtown.  Hope we get a referral.

@Eric SyCip and @Christa McClain, a good place to find referrals for contractors/handymen is the  Kansas City RE investing facebook group.

Post a question and be sure to vet each repair man, get multiple bids, and ask for past client contact to review!

Thanks for sharing our group on Facebook - we do have one foundation person who is on the MAREI Business Directory - Luke Olson with Olson Foundation.  He has good references although I have not personally used him.

First things first keep gutters clean ,cut back trees ,extend gutters 10 ft from foundation ,haul in dirt around foundation if you still have water issues call John Norris Foundation for major cracks etc...913-579-8772
