Becoming an Appraiser in FW

Hi Everyone, I'm in the process of becoming a residential appraiser in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I'm getting all of my education figured out and I'll be starting my online classes this week. I have a family friend who is an appraiser who trained another friend of mine, but the trainer is retiring soon and not taking on any more trainees. Does anyone happen to know an appraiser in or near Fort Wayne who is willing to take on trainees? Or if anyone has advice on how to find a trainer, that would be appreciated as well.
