Unusual Sight!

A property that was a Forclosure a year ago that a rehabber bought just went back to his lender. The guy put to much money in it. He put cultured stone over brick to give a more updated look. Listed with a discount broker.
Never one open house I guess that he wasn't to proud of his work!

I wonder if this is a sign of things to come?
