Pet odor removal advice

I'm going to be renovating a home that had 5 dogs.  There is a strong urine odor in a couple of the rooms and also in the back yard.  I'm planning to remove carpet inside and replace with laminate or LVP.  What should I do to get rid of the odor from the yard and in the home??? Thanks for the help :)

Yard will most likely take care of itself in a month or so

Floors - paint with oil based kilz.

Buy an O2 machine off Amazon for $50

Use it every other day. Read the instructions.  No one in the house while it is on.  Open all windows for an hour or so after you turn it off
