I converted a half bath to a full and pulled a permit (all I did was install a tub)...I've now had the inspector out twice and still can't get past his GFI tester. What a pain over one outlet, that was already there. I'm not sure if he has a bad tester or if theres a wire crossed elsewhere in the house, but my god, I'll never pull a permit for a small thing like that again. I'm not even sure what I gained by pulling it, except a huge electrician's bill when he comes by to look at it Monday.
