Purchase property with deceased owner
Aloha,
I'm looking into a property on my D4D list and realized the only owner is deceased. The property is free and clear, and way behind on property taxes. What would my next step be to possibly buy the property? (property is in Hawaii)

It should have gone to probate as per the will. Surely someone is looking after it. Talk to the neighbours.
