Does this electrical need to be replaced?
Possibly doing a rehab. I'm putting together the numbers now. This is currently a duplex but its being converted into a single family. It will be a 3/2 with 1,750 sq ft.
These are the current electrical panels. I know very little about electrical. What would be your thoughts?
