Best way to add value when flipping

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I have been part of BP for awhile now, but am still getting my feet wet in real estate investments. One quick question I have for you experienced flippers is what has been your cash cow? Which renovations, replacements, and repairs have the greatest ROI? I am still working fulltime, but am interested in what I can begin learning / teaching myself in preparation for my first flip.
