Sistering Stud or any other way to join stud

I will be installing the insulation if use sistering Stud then I won’t be able to install the insulation without squeezing/cutting insulation. This is the reason I don’t want to use sistering Stud. Is there any metal plate etc I can use to replace 3 feet rotted stud ?

I have to replace the stud’s base wood too.
