Construction dust air cleaner

Our objective is to have less dust in a multi unit building while one unit is occupied. I found the Build Clean system, build clean dot com, but the price tag isn't worth it just for this. I also looked at the big box stores to see if something like that could be rented. It doesn't seem like there is anything close to the city.

Any recommendations?  Any Chicagoland contractors out there that want to come set theirs up a couple days at the end of July? Anyone in Chicago have one they are willing to rent?

This is posted in the Chicago forum, but hasn't received any feedback.

Thanks for reading.
