Only one Refi at a time?

We did a Refi on our primary to take advantage of the low interest rates and now our lender won’t let us Refi out of one of our rentals until 3 days after our closing on our Refi for our primary, is it possible to do multiple Refis at one time? He said it will mess everything up?

@John Matthew Johnston, as mentioned I would recommend reaching out to different lenders.  The issue I see, and potentially what your current lender is getting at, is you are changing several underwriting variables at once.  Your lender could just be trying to keep it simple to ease their own workload, but if there is a final credit pull at before closing, and it doesn't align with what was pulled at initial underwriting, it can mess up the closing.

I have had a bank contact me because I opened a different business credit card during a refi, and there were several pages of disclosures and affidavits I needed to sign a few days before closing. Underwriters don't like changes.
