Gas or electric oven/stove for a flip
We are flipping a house and trying to decide whether to put in a gas or electric stove. Do either provide a better return or selling point?
Thanks!

Hi @Bobby English as a couple others have mentioned, I think overall the preference is gas over electric. However I don't think it is nearly as important as other areas for people. What is there currently? I would recommend providing an upgraded version of whatever type was there previously.
