nail holes in original hardwood from carpet/tile removal
hi BP
just need some advise
i was pleasantly surprised to find hardwood under the foyer laminent tiles.
contractor said there was a lot of nails. these are original 1960s hardwood.
is sanding and staining it ok? i would love to keep it
this is first for me.... what is your advise in course of action.
i am waiting to see what his floor guy is going to say, but i like to be a few steps ahead of my contractor, if you know what i mean, make well informed decision!
i am so grateful for this site, thanks in advance
