Project Management KANSAS CITY

So I was driving home for work thinking about a few things. Like my job, starting my own company and the other of investing in real estate one day.

I’m a project manager for a remodeling company. We specialize in exterior remodeling  like decks, fences, siding, windows, roofs, soffit & fascia, and doors as well as attic insulation. My pay plan is very straight forward. (Base salary + 1% of collected jobs = Pay).

I’ve been thinking about starting my own side gig for extra money. Nothing crazy but you get the idea but then I got to thinking about all the people that flip houses and how do the guys that flip a good chunk of homes keep up with all the contractors and project management side of things.

Is there a market for offering project management services to real estate investors?

There is a major market for this. There are a lot of people who are out of state who want to hire a project manager to oversee their rehab. However, you’ve got to make sure that the economics worth for both parties.
