Updated about 12 years ago,
I see an opportunity here...
I have been a field service inspector in South Florida for the last five years and have access to hundreds of homes that are in distress and caught up in all phases of the foreclosure process, before it is public information.. From vacant, pending foreclosure, to bank owned and stagnant for some reason, etc, etc.
I've found the banks are willing deal with you on a few of the properties I've called because they are overloaded with problems here in South Florida and these homes are deteriorating. I’ve also had numerous homeowners ask me in my daily dealings with them how best to handle the situation they are in.
Wanting to get involved in the investment or rehabbing of properties, I am looking for advise on how to get started as it seems that I am in a good position down here in South Florida.
