Installing Central Air & Duct Work
If a property does not have central air not only are you going to have to purchase a handler and condenser, but you are going to have to do duct work as well correct?
What would be a good estimate for the cost of putting in duct work in a house that does not have central air, cost in sq footage preferably.

$4000 bucks for a two ton system including ducts is what I paid a year ago. Found the guy on CL. Would use him again for a rental, without a doubt, though probably not my personal property due to some nit picky things I did not like.
BUT, if its an older house that never had central HVAC, you can run into more charges for running a dedicated 220 line to the condenser. If the heater is electric, it will also need a 220 line. If it is gas, well, a gas line and a 110 electric line will be required. Also, some older houses may not have the breaker box to support the system.
