Hard money lenders for fix n flip
What companies are the best to use? Who has the best rates/fees, etc? Who works well with first time flippers? Any info would be helpful!

Hard money lenders are plentiful these days, I would get recommendations from other successful rehabbers in your local area. Speed of funding, speed of approval, terms, points, fees, paperwork, etc all play a role into your decision so make sure the lender you choose fits you and your needs.
