I just wanted to see who here is in Oregon and or Eugene/ Springfield specifically who’s into rehabbing. I’m getting ready to embark on the journey and wanted to know what you guys are seeing. What market you’re in (lower price, higher price). What you guys are seeing a lot of and if you have any advice for a noobie.
