New to the forum and wanted to say hello

I've been lurking and reading for a while here and wanted to finally introduce myself. My name is Jason, I live in West metro Atlanta and am fairly new to Real Estate investing. I've had a rental property for a few years now, but just last year really began actively investing. We established our LLC last year and purchased 2 foreclosures as rental properties. We have since changed pace a bit and are working on finding our first "real" flip.

I've learned a great deal here and am still learning and reading everyday. I hope to be able to contribute and learn as well.
