Fix and Flip Cashflow Calculator

Hello! My partner and I are working on acquiring our first flip, but are trying to calculate what our cashflow for the job needs to be between holding costs, loan payments, etc. We plan on using hard money to finance the deal. Does anyone have a spreadsheet or calculator that we can use to figure out how much of our own money we'll need to put into the deal?
