My purchase price: $148,900
Rehab: $29,000
Carrying/Origination: $7,945
Real Estate Commissions: $11,445
Total investment: $197,290

Sale Price: $228900
Concessions: $5800
Net offer: $223,100
Estimated Closing costs: $2000

Estimated Net Profit: $23,810
