Looking for actual investors

Anthony Broadus
Posted

So looking for investors in my market area. I've posted on FB market place and Craigslist, with no luck so far, I keep running into other wholesalers that try to cut the price more on my property I have under contract. Looking for advice and strategies that may be useful for searching for actual cash buyers.

@Anthony Broadus check with private lenders, hard money lenders, realtors listing flips, title companies, closing attorneys and property management companies in your area and ask them who the cash buyers are in the market. Foreclosure auctions are a good place to meet buyers. Also REIA clubs and meetups are a good place to find legit buyers. You can also get real estate transaction info for free from your city and county and then look for individuals and LLC or corporations buying multiple properties for cash. Sometimes investors use a different LLC for each property so you may need to sort by owner address and not name to find multiple transaction. Finally you can get cash buyers form list brokers like List source and other companies that sell owner lists. Finally facebook can be a good place you just need to vet them thoroughly to make sure they are legit.
