Vinyl Flooring

I have an opportunity to buy a large lot of Congoleum Vinyl Flooring at a really good price. It retails for $2.5-3 squ/ft at Lowes. I could use some of it in apartments and rehabs and actually planning to put some in my house. I can sell the excess (about 25,000 squ/ft) for about 20% (.50-.60/squ/ft) of what Lowes sells it for. This is a discontinued product that was bought by a flooring contractor who does work for me but he has fallen on some bad times and needs quick cash. My questions: Would there be a market for it at that price? I would think my market would be to rehabbers and landlords since the color selection is limited., although style and color is nice. While I can use some of it, I don't want to get stuck holding this forever.
