Tricks/Tips for finding fairly cheap replacement appliances?
Currently looking into purchasing a 3 family property. It’s being sold as is and looks as if the appliances (stove/oven/refrigerator/washer/dryer) are about as old as the house (alright, maybe not that old but still...).
They will likely all need to be replaced when I do a bit of remodeling (paint, countertops, floors). Nothing major but still, I’d like them to be updated for the new units.
I don’t need anything top of the line, but would like something solid but not breaking the bank. Any tips/tricks on where to look and how to gauge appliances for the best quality-to-cost?
Thanks for the ideas!
