Metal Roof or Asphalt Roof
I'm working on a rehab in northern Minnesota I'm debating on whether I should go with a metal roof that's supposed to last forever or an asphalt roof?
Thoughts?

Where is the property? Are there other metal roofs in the area? You probably don't want the only one...
Asphalt roofs last a pretty long time too...30-40 years...or until you get a good hail storm.
Maybe get a quote for each and post again with an update us on the numbers?
