When looking at cadastral records, what does it mean when it says additional fixtures? It lists 4 bedrooms 2 bath and 3 additional fixtures. This is a 3 dwelling property,one unit is a studio/shop then a separate duplex. All I want to know is how many beds each dwelling has.
