Chicago REIA... does anyone attend their meetings?

I get emails from this association all the time and have been interested in attending. I am a newbie on my second flip. Has anyone here or does anyone here attend? Are they for real or are they trying to sell a program?

Thanks for any comments!

There is a Chicago REIA (led by Andrew Holmes) and Chicago Area REIA (led by Ben Walhood). Familiar with both and used to be a regular at the CAREIA events. They are different events, but I would suggest you go for yourself. If you want to grow your investing portfolio, it won't hurt to spend an evening around other investors - even if you ultimately decide it's not a fit.

There are other popular meetups/groups in the area as well depending on your goals and needs.
