Fourplex Exterior Makeover Ideas

Hey guys, I'm fairly new here so if this is not the appropriate forum, forgive me. I'm interested in hearing your ideas on what improvements you'd recommend for the exterior of this 4plex to improve curb appeal. This is a buy/hold/rent property and in doing some improvements to the inside as to be able to raise rents, I don't want the exterior to be overlooked. Any suggestions on how to make this thing look good??? Thanks!

I think you may be overestimating the appreciation value of spending money on the exterior and should probably get some advice from a real estate agent before moving forward.

I doubt your quad, with it's present appearance, will benefit significantly from exterior cosmetics. I believe the changes will only satisfy your personal not financial goals.

If I were to change anything I would either run the front stairs straight up to the 2nd level as opposed to a platform and branch stairs to the sides. Alternately remove them and extend the upper deck to the left end of the building. Taking the stairs down the end toward the back along the side of the building. Bring a side walk from the front around to the stairs. Removing the front stairs will add the greatest amunt of curb appeal to th epropery.
