First Flip- Find a Partner/Hire Coach or Solo?

Austin Theriault
Posted
I’m really glad I found this resource and feel it will really help throughout my RE journey in the Charlotte, NC area. If you could do your first purchase and flip over again would you make it a point to partner with someone with more experience? I’m fortunate enough to be able to bring funding to the table and think it would be helpful to learn firsthand from someone until I learn the business better. Have any of you hired coaches instead? I Imagine for the majority, you‘ve just relied on your own studying and learned from available resources. Looking back at your early career, would you have partnered? Thanks
