Raising Capital Suggestions / Logistics

My Partner has flipped a couple of houses and has made a decent profit. Of the two houses, one did not require money, the other he got from his father.

We are now looking to raise capital, and I was wondering two things.

1)The best way to network in order to raise capital, how should I approach people in real estate meetups, or where else should I look for people?

2)How logistically should I be setting up the money. Should I create an LLC for each house, or just take the cash and return the money with a return? Also, We would like to create a fund so that we are not waiting on money to come for each deal, as we would like to close quickly and not wait for different people to fund. Just looking out for how best set up the company.
