Finding the equity for a list of properties

Hello Fellow Investors, 

I have created my own list of vacant properties. I have access to the MLS however I would have to go 1 by 1 and I have way to many, over 1k. I need to narrow down the list by equity and get the mailing info. Any recommendations?
