Should a purchase a cat urine house?

There's a house I'm considering to buy but one thing is holding me back: There is pee.... EVERYWHERE. I think it's a cat but I mean I don't know. There is no carpet all of the floor is either linoleum or tile and underneath it is the concrete slab. Is there a way to get all of the smell out? Will the smell remain in the walls and ceiling? Thanks!

I(f the price is right buy the cat pee home.  I have had to struggle with this problem.  All the enzime solutions never worked.  I finally just used KILZ oil based paint and painted everything with at least 2 coats.  Took care of 95% of it.
