Check list for the rehab part of flipping?

Flipped my first place 30 years ago in Medina NY. 

Have done a few more since then

Have 4 more I am about to do.  I think I can do the rehab part much more efficiently.  

Definitely not overly organized and am willing to learn a better way of doing all this 

Anyone have a list of what to do first next etc?  Like Roof, exterior walls, inside demo etc etc

BiggerPockets' "The Book on Flipping Houses" actually has 25 pages devoted to rehab scheduling, including discussions of dependencies, time frames, rules of thumb for scheduling, etc.
