renovation order for a rehab
I am closing on a house next week which needs medium rehab
This is a 2 family home in Bayonne , Need some thoughts on how the order of renovation . I am going to use a GC but also will be involved/informed
The list of things in scope are
- roof (new rubber roof and paint )
- garage in basement ( big work , move gas boilers and sewer lines
- bathrooms
- new kitchen ( relocate old kitchen )
- windows
- all other work floor, paint etc etc
