Vinyl flooring thoughts
For people who have been rehabbing rental units for a while, what are your opinions on vinyl flooring? I am not talking linoleum, but the vinyl plank flooring.
My partner has it in his basement and is convinced it is what we should put in everything we rent. I'm just looking for some thoughts to support or argue that.
Thanks!

Kyle Eckert I like the Allure-ish vinyl plank flooring. It's waterproof, repairable with a pen they sell, and the fake-hand-scraped look hides a lot of tiny nicks that inevitably develop. Not to mention that it looks nice on the pictures. Installation can be tricky (as with any flooring) but being waterproof also lets you run it from main areas into bathrooms and powder rooms.
It's my second favorite type of flooring. My favorite is stained concrete.
