Hello @Marlon Hitchman, welcome to investing in Tampa. It looks like you are a local so I'm sure you know the area pretty well.

With the Tampa Bay Area at your finger tips there are many great options. You may want to keep your first property near where you live or work. With the first one you will have the biggest learning curve. It can be helpful to be able to quickly stop by the property and check on something or meet with a vendor.

Let me know if I can help. Happy investing!
