What does your Assistant help you with?
I'm currently rehabbing and flipping houses in the Toronto area, and I've become way too busy with everything I have going on.
I have contractors and subs that work on my sites, so I rarely do anything myself, though I am relatively active at checking up on sites and ensuring materials are sourced for good prices.
I've bought 9 houses in the past 6 months (not all to flip) and managing the reno's, sales, financial partners, and looking for more deals has me pretty swamped.
Things have been picking up in the past couple months too, which makes me even busier.
I spend a lot of time trying to get deals on the MLS, which I occasionally find. Relationships with Realtors get me deals as well before they hit the market. I've recently hired a full time assistant to try to help me find more off-market deals. We're working a few strategies, including improving my Investor Carrot websites, mailing postcards (EDDM), some bandit signs, and will be trying to do some google adwords soon.
My assistant also helps me with my receipts. However, I feel with everything we're doing, I have become more busy, and haven't really been able to pass things off to her.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can have my assistant do to take things off my plate, and how to do this?
Thanks in advance!
