Here is our next project.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath foreclosure that was a hoarder house. There was about 40 yards of garbage inside. 

Here are some pictures of the outside. I didn't get any pictures of it before the trash-out was completed on the inside.

@Natalie Kolodij The houses sell great as long as it is priced right and listed with the right agent/broker. The area is a touristy/retirement area which is great!

There are some great deals to be had all over. We work in the entire state, if the price is right.

The homes seem to be selling in about 10-45 days, like I said, if it is priced right! Longer in some cases.
