Outside water faucet?

I can't seem to find the outside water faucet to the unit I'm going to live in. My grandfather and I were going to power wash the duplex but since I cannot find the faucet, my grandfather is insisting we use the tenants since there's is out and visible. Any ideas on how I can find the faucet on my side?
