Seeking Interviewee: Considerations for Bathroom Remodeling
Hey everyone! Longtime lurker and eventual landlord here, coming to the BiggerPockets community with what may seem like an odd request.
I'm in content marketing. My team is working with a client who does bathroom remodels and renovations. Our latest project is a whitepaper that will give readers a detailed breakdown of the steps behind bathroom remodels - considerations, what to expect in terms of timeline and price, what to look for in a contractor/team, etc.
I'm familiar with the concept of "overbuilding" in an area - putting granite countertops into a class B or B- neighborhood, for example, which isn't justifiable from a purely financial perspective. My team and I are thinking there may be additional subtleties homeowners should be aware of when remodeling.
If anyone here is willing to briefly discuss with a member of my team over the phone, I'd really appreciate it. Of course we would be glad to add your name and, if applicable, your business (so long as you're not also a bathroom remodeler yourself).
