Exterior Painting, Repairing Roof Cost 2,800 sq ft (NJ)

My general contractor is quoting me:

$32,000 to prep, paint exterior of the home
$19,000 to replace asphalt roof
$23,000 to prep, paint the interior
$19,000 wooden floor refinishing (polishing, filling in any cracks)

The home is 90 years old and is 2,800 square feet. I believe the exterior of the home is made from stucco. The interior walls has peeling old paint, and has cracks so it does need patch work (I believe mesh, sand and paint). The interior wall is made from plaster.

I am located in Central New Jersey. Does this sound high?
